Through the whole experience, he was on top of everything. There were a few flaws in our credit report that we weren't aware of and he took care of them quickly and completely. I was surprised to find out after our pre-approval came through and the home was chosen that he was still working on getting us a better rate! He continues to keep your file open for a period of time after your purchase in case an opportunity to get a better rate that outweighs the cost comes along. Great service!
