Very satisfied with John Sullivan and his crew. This is a rental home and the whole interior needed to be repainted. It is a small 2 bedroom bungalow with a finished 2 room attic and a basement. John made the home look great and went above and beyond the scope of work to do so. They cleaned up a lot of cooking grease from the stove, walls and floor in the kitchen (thank you!). John recommended doing only spot scraping and painting on the wood trim to keep the cost down, and I couldn't be happier, he was right, it came out great. They scraped paint off the duct work in the basement, patched/caulked walls in basement and stairway to attic. Patched a door, great recommendation, looks great and it saved me from replacing it. Also, the ceilings on the 1st floor were good, so he only painted the bathroom ceiling, his suggestion, again. They painted all the walls on 1st floor, changed color in bathroom, nice recommendation, painted the walls and floor in basement, scraped loose paint in an area of the basement and color matched the existing paint well so that the painted joists and ceiling didn't have to be entirely painted, looks great, saved money. He originally quoted a price of $2,600-$2,700 for the job, but, only charged $1,550 including extra work because it took less time than he was anticipating!! I was very happy with the work, but, when he told me it was substantially less than he quoted, which I was fine with paying, I was shocked - in an elated way! Thank you, John Sullivan, I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Took about a week and a half, he was on site every day. This was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had with a contractor to get work done. He kept me apprised daily, made suggestions, also helped me get some plumbing and electrical work done. The quality of the work was excellent.

John was on site every day. He and his crew are very professional; no communication problems with his crew. No bumps, no surprises. Meticulous preparation, (repaired various problems with existing drywall and plaster). Very pleasant to work with, beautiful results. We have always done our own interior painting but it was educational to see the difference between "homeowners' quality" and professional quality. Plus, the work was completed very quickly.

Excellent. The work was completed in a prompt manner. The crew was organized and well trained. They did a lot of little things we didn't even notice needed to be done. Their knowledge of their craft is fantastic. It is not just putting paint on the walls! Talking with John I realized how glad I was we hired him. I didn't know how much I didn't know about getting walls ready for paint and what paints to use. We are already planning on the next rooms for him to paint!
