I really like the quality of work. They use the computer to diagnose things but they don't rely on it only. He was very good and I've never had a problem with his work or had anything go wrong. They do a wonderful job of washing cars at the end. It was lovely. I considered having my car detailed and he did such an awesome job that I changed my mind. Their prices are fair.

My car works very well. Be sure to make an appointment because they're very busy and be ready to leave your car and have a ride. He does use state-of-the-art equipment, just like a dealer, for diagnostics. Not only is he very prompt, but also offers choices when available between new and refurbished equipment. If he's fixing one thing and finds something else that may be wrong he lets me know, but he always asks before he starts fixing anything else. But best of all he's talks in 'plain english' and is willing to explain repairs to me when I ask.

I've been using Suburban Auto for about a year since having numerous bad experiences with other repair shops. Danny keeps his shop very clean and organized which was a good initial sign to me. He also told me that a certain problem I was having could have been something major which it then did not turn out to be (another good sign). He always takes the time to show me either on my car or a part what exactly is wrong and why it needs to be fixed in a very understandable manner to someone who know little about cars such as myself. A problem I was having with other shops is that every time I would have something fixed, I would have to go back again because they installed something wrong. I wouldn't be charged but it gave me little faith and cost me time. Everything Danny has fixed so far has stayed fixed.

Danny is the mechanic and I was referred to him by my brother. They had also fixed my car about a couple of months ago when there was a huge crack on the car. They are great and Danny is a good guy. It was really nice to get the work done there and they also made sure that it got done really quick.

I have been using them for 2 years. The person who works on my car has the same model so whenever I ask a question, I get an encyclopedic answer, as he knows every inch of the car inside and out. He explains the details very well. It is pricey to own a Volkswagen but he makes me realize about the kind of car I have. He is very honest. They are expensive but I did spend a lot on the parts as they were made of platinum. They do not return the phone calls sometimes.

I would rate their work as excellent. It s sometimes hard to get an appointment because their always very busy. We have been going there for years. He s trustworthy, honest, and he knows what he s doing. I would say that the price is a little high, but he s worth it.
