They did not complete the project..had to hire another company to finish removing the waste. Overall...Cost me almost twice what the original quote was. They never communicated that they were walking away. They just walked away. Your ad says you will refund. I called and the customer service person finally offered the first $100 and finally $150 .in credit. It cost me $300 to have the job completed. So why did you all make it so hard to get a refund? And is the $150 in credit really there for any other project? So far...Angi = OUCH!
