They did an amazing amount of work without even one time complaining that they had underbid the job. In the end I was glad to tip them extra money and even after the tip we got an amazing deal considering how much work there was to do and the quality of the work they did.

First off, these guys are stucco professionals. They skimmed over a whole lot of poorly done, uneven stucco and it looked absolutely perfect when the were finished. Then they perfectly matched the previously done texture on the house and when they were done you couldn't tell that the repair they did wasn't part of the rest of the house. They also went all around the house and cottage and repaired several cracks and imperfections from the previous stucco job. They used fiberglass tape under the repairs so that it wouldn't crack again.

Next they painted the entire house and cottage. They first taped off all the windows and doors and dug a trench all the way around so that the house would be painted all the way into the ground. Then they power washed the entire surface and let it dry before rolling on a primer coat. When it dried they rolled on the main coat of paint and finally they did the doors and trim. They were meticulous about not spilling paint all over the place, using drop cloths and staying organized. All told, they spent over a week working on the house and it looks absolutely fantastic.

HE WAS VERY SLOW, FORGETFUL AND UNABLE TO PROPERLY SUPERVISE THE SUBCONTRACTORS. THESE LIABILITIES CAUSED MUCH DELAY AND NEEDLESS COSTS. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDANCE OF HIS SERVICES.
