It was evident that our project was not the priority for this contractor. Every phase of the project was over-budget and ran over schedule. The PM of the project could not provide accurate budgets and timeframes. Many times, I had to reach out to the plumbing and HVAC sub-contractors directly to get work done in a timely manner. Finally, there is still water-intrusion in our basement so the quality of work is definitely sub-par. I do not recommend Robert Jahn.

I live in an older home so some issues weren't revealed until the walls were removed.  I feel Robbie, Vic and his crew attended to every detail as if they were doing work on their own homes.  Even living without a  kitchen for the summer, this turned out to be a pleasant experience.  That was an unexpected surprise.

All of the contractors involved in this project were professional and helpful. The project manager, Andy, helped us through the whole project, explaining everything clearly, giving us options within our budget and making himself readily available. We were given a weekly invoice which outlined all the costs of materials and labor: the costs were completely transparent throughout. The mess was minimal and the cleanup was thorough every work day. The whole experience was positive despite the usual life changes involved in such a remodel. I cannot say enough positive about this company.
