+ -1 moreShown apartment by unlicensed agent who took checks for my credit check and earnest money. Both checks were cashed and I didn't get the apartment. Wouldn't return phone calls or e-mails and only when contacted by someone from the town hall did he return my earnest money, with the claim he'd forgotten to mail the check. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
