Ray's inspection was very thorough and extremely helpful. We feel much more confident that we know what we are buying. Ray was knowledgeable about a wide variety of home-related topics, including the electrical/plumbing stuff that we know nothing about. He made lots of suggestions to improve the safety of the home. The final report was easy to read and included photo documentation. The severity of the individual issues is noted clearly. The inspection will more than pay for itself if the seller agrees to pay to correct the problem areas.

He actually arrived a few minutes before I did, and did an incredibly thorough job. He found a lot of small problems I would have never found, and promptly emailed me with his findings, complete with pictures, so that I would know exactly what he was talking about. He also provided me with a rather extensive manual about the inner workings of a home.

The inspection was great. Ray was very accommodating as far as time and day and showed up at the inspection before we did. We felt very comfortable with him, and again asked all kinds of questions, which he answered so that we could understand it all. The information he provided was very helpful to us in our negotiations and overall as new homeowners. He told us to call anytime with any additional questions or concerns. We have in fact called him recently, and he was very gracious in answering our additional questions. Working with Ray was a very positive and pleasant experience.
