First off, they are NOT local. this some scam to make you think these guys are local to Oak Park but they are nationally dispatched and have to ask what city you are in. Second, the guy could not pick a simple door knob lock on a garage door of a new house we bought. He had to resort to drilling out the lock for $150. Never again. Do NOT recommend! Find someone local (who is really local) and has ties to the area and knows what they are doing.
