Description of Work: Oak removed some rotting fascia and old gutters in the rear portion of my house ... about 80 linear feet ...replaced all the fascia with Asik board, installed new high quality gutters, with a high quality gutter cover, re-ran my heat cables in my gutters.... primed and painted. They also replaced some rotting trim in about three locations around the house with Asik, primed and painted.

Description of Work: My family room and eat-in kitchen area needed remodeling. We removed old carpeting/media center/lighting...emptied the room....but not a gut job. For $9500 (part of the 30K) Oak designed and bulit a new built-in media wall (approx 123" L). This unit extended to the ceiling with crown molding. they had to re-work a return duct into a toe-kick return. They also installed new low voltage track lights and redesigned the electric service to the room. They put in new crown molding and base trim thruout both rooms to better match the elegant trim of the rest of the house. They prepped the 2 rooms for new paint and floor, repairing sub floor where needed, etc. Many other items included in this remodel

Description of Work: GREAT JOB, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN. DAVE CAME TO MY HOME TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE ROOMS THAT NEEDED WORK AND THEN PROVIDED A DETAILED ESTIMATE BEFORE WORK BEGAN. ALL OF THE WORKMEN WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. SOME OF THE PAINTING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE INCLUDED MATCHING CUSTOM PAINT, WHICH THE PAINTER DID FLAWLESSLY. THE DRYWALL WORK WAS ALSO SEAMLESS AND EXPERTLY FINISHED. ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME (HAD TO WORK WITH MY ELECTRICIAN TO COORDINATE THE TIMING). NOT CHEAP, BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY.
