Rich replaced CPU, installed LED lights and reoaired broken wire. Excellent repair at fair price.

Rich was able to diagnose the problem quickly and the repair was promptly completed. I was impressed with Rich's knowledge of my pinball machine (he noticed which components had been added on after it left the factor).

Rich was able bring the machine back to life. He was also able to fix many issues that I had when since it was first purchased use 30 years ago. The price I paid was very fair since it included a 45 min travel time and he worked on the machine for almost 2 hours and he replaced a defective part. I learned a lot from Rich about my Pinball game. He really knew his trade in the repair of these classic games. I would definitely use him a gain and would highly recommend him to others. My grandkids will be thrilled to find out their favorite game is now working again!!!!

I've had a few others fix my classic pinball machine over the years. It always seemed to end up part way fixed. Bill was great. Took his time. Made sure everything worked. Fixed up a few things that I didn't even mention to him for free. Seemed the most knowledgeable of the group that have come through the home. I will always go back to him

The gentleman was very nice to work with. He knew we wanted the pinball machine ready and delivered in time for a birthday party and he made that happen. The machine looks and runs great. As for pricing, I did not check any other service provider.

Rich, the owner, came out to replace all the burnt out lights on my 1993 Indiana Jones pinball machine. Rich really knows his stuff - he's an expert in his field and an all around nice guy. He replaced the lights and then as a courtesy, checked the batteries as well. He found that one of the batteries had begun to corrode and was leaking acid. Luckily, it hadn't leaked onto the CPU board, which would have been a more expensive repair. Rich replaced the battery pack for me, as it had battery acid that had leaked on it, and put in new batteries. I was very pleased w/ his service, his knowledge, and his attitude. He's a nice guy and does great work!

I am so glad that I found this company. He really knows pinball machines, their workings, history, value, etc. He was able to fix my 1980's machine easily and provided me with some options for future maintenance. He even gave me the value of the machine should I decide to sell it.

The above describes the services performed. He was a little slow in response time when I called a couple of times during the process, but made up for it in the ultimate performance of the service (the sale of my pinball machine).

I e-mailed Rich with the problem we were having with the table, and he estimated 2-3 hours to repair and gave some options for times to come and look at the machine. He arrived and was able to fix everything in 1 hour, which was great. He also gave us some tips on keeping the table clean- what to use/what not to use, and left a partial bottle of cleaning solution. Table works great now, problem is fixed, kids are happy!
