• Michael Coffey was instrumental in selling my property in Oak Park. His knowledge of the area properties is relevant to pricing and in my case, since there were numerous 2-bdr condos for sale, he arranged for us to view several of the competition before deciding on our opening price. 

 used his contractor for minor repairs to the property and they were done immediately and inexpensively. His cleaning person was kind of amazing. The photographer he brought to shoot the interiors and exteriors for the listing is actually a cinematographer who freelances for Michael between filmshoots, and the quality of the work gave me a huge advantage over the competition.
He's generous with his time and resources in solving problems as they arise, and so seemingly calm and laid back, his negotiating skills can come as a surprise. His prediction about who our target buyer would be (demographic profile) helped focus the selling points and staging considerations. He nailed that too. If there was a disadvantage to having him as your realtor, I'd add it just for ballast, but I can't think of one.
