The building was supposed to be complete 3 months prior. The quality of the upgrades were overpriced and shoddy, a hardwood floor to replace a carpeted room( cost $4000.) has dozens and dozens of holes that are filled with filler it looks like swiss cheese. cabinets in the bathrooms upgraded to include drawers have doors that do not meet in the middle and are corrected with stripes of found wood so one cannot see into them ( cost $ 500 each ) furnace with a permanent filter was placed so the door to the furnace room overlapped 6 inches and filter could not be removed for cleaning ( I had to spend $2000. for an air filter system to correct the problem ). Could go on for hours about the problems but think I have said enough so you can get the picture.
