Wife was nice. Mark was nice. Just not very hard working. Can't handle the business. Takes took long to get a proposal or to get out to the house to look at work needed. (weeks initially) Never gave me a revised proposal after the first one took 3 weeks to receive and then another week to revisit for new proposal!
Needless to say other guys came out in 1-2 days for estimate and provided proposal in another 1 day. I had the new brick patio and clean-up completed in less than the time it took Mark to visit me to review proposal! AND for thousands of dollars less than my initial proposal with M&M.
Good luck to them and their future business.
