JIFFY LUBE

Its a typical price. The wait wasn't long at all, maybe five minutes, if that long. The workers were good. Yes. They explained what they did, what I needed done, and the cost.

It was terrible. I went back to the Jiffy Lube and complained. I had to go on a special day and time to speak with someone who could actually do something. He said he would go and 'review the footage' from that day. I asked if I could go and watch as well and he said no. He came back out and told me that it was not their fault and that some hoods are just difficult to close. I showed him the screw driver and he said that it was not one of theirs. I asked to see their tool box and he refused saying I was not allowed in the bay. It was all very shady and unprofessional.
I ended up paying to have the repairs done myself and it ran me about $200. So it was not terrible but I should not have had to pay that! We will never go to a Jiffy Lube again.

Good! The guys at the Madison St. location are really nice and very polite. At all Jiffy Lubes they give you a list of additional services that should be performed on your car based on its age and mileage, but they never hassle you if you decide not to perform (i.e pay for) all the extras.

My husband is very satisfied with them.  He last took the car there on the day a coupon expired.  He has told his brother that he goes there, but they both go to a different Jiffy Lube.  My husband is always very happy with them, and he thinks they do a good job.  He has always used them, and they have always been in the same location.
