They were efficient and did a good job, but $125 for under 45 minutes of work?

In December they came out to clear out my sewer. In march my basement flooded again, and they said I needed a lot of work done. They also said they could not fix the problem because tree roots grow. I hired a different company to do the job, and have had no problems since.  A $100 job turned into a $500 job.

I had to leave an message on the answering machine and it took a while to get a call back. Not a big problem since I was not in an emergency situation. It took 3 business days to get an appointment, and the workers were a no show on the day scheduled. I called the office and they were rescheduled for first thing they next day. The arrived as promised on the second day. The workers were courteous and easy to deal with. They called ahead of arriving per my instructions. Worked hard to get the job done. I would highly recommend this company even though there were a few glitches.

Prices are good compared to others and they do a good job.

Excellent. Steve filled me in on what was going on the morning of the bad flooding in the area, and told me it wasn't my sewers specifically backing up, but rather the city sewers. So he didn't rod out our sewers that day, but they checked back a little bit later to ask if I wanted it done as a precaution. I usually have them do it once a year anyway so I said yes. As usual, he came out promptly, did the work, and was pleasant. I call them for most of my sewer needs.

The job was scheduled one day after the call. It was not an emergency, but they were responsive and prompt. The job is not one anyone wants to have done but these men were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous. They rodded through a stoppage near the house and then went through tree roots 100 feet further down the drain.

Called ILLINOIS SEWERAGE & DRAINAGE CO for a estimate for a yearly maintenance sewer rodding. Cindy was very nice, gave estimate, and scheduled a time to come out in two days. Cindy called me the day before service to advise a 1 hr. time change, Very Appreciated!!! Steve then came out on scheduled day and performed the electric rodding on the sewer line. Did not take him long, rodded right from the down spout drain. I found Steve to be nice too and made the job quick. I did wind up paying just a little more ($10) than the estimate.

I have these guys inspect and rod out my sewer lines every year, and they always do a great job. This year was no exception. They are extremely nice and professional on the phone, schedule very fast appointments, and the guys who come out to perform the (very dirty) job couldn't be more professional and pleasant. These guys continue to be a real ''go to'' service provider for us.

These guys are good and get the job done quickly. This job was smooth, no problems.

AS THEY DO EVERY YEAR, DID A VERY THOROUGH AND CLEAN JOB OF INSPECTING AND RODDING OUT SEWER LINES. IT'S A DIRTY JOB, BUT THEY ARE AS PLEASANT, PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL AS CAN BE.

CINDY BOOKS THE APPOINTMENTS AND STEVE DOES THE WORK. BOTH ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY ARE FANTASTIC; DID NOT EXCAVATE LIKE OTHERS SAID NEEDED TO BE DONE
