FRANK SAVED ME FROM BUYING A CONDO UNIT THAT WAS IN A BUILDING WITH SERIOUS STRUCTURAL FAULTS. THESE FAULTS WERE NOT DISCLOSED BY THE SELLER. HE THEN INSPECTED THE HOUSE I LIVE IN -- DISCOVERED THINGS I WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN UNTIL I LIVED THERE SOME TIME -- SAVED ME MONEY ALSO.
Description of Work: INSPECTED 2 PROPERTIES FOR ME. GAVE ME A WRITTEN AND VERY DETAILED REPORT WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF FINISHING. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
