Eileen works with Baird and Warner. When we met her, we were new to Chicago and we didn?t know anything about this huge area. We told her what our basic desires were, and she was able to adapt those into concrete examples for us that really made sense. There were certain things that we told her were a must and certain others that we were flexible with. We looked at about fifty houses - we were with her for about a year. She was professional and personable, and was able to read us quite well, as far as what our tastes were, and adapt to them. We had a lot of problems; at times, everything would look good on the outside but as soon as we would get there, we?d find that something was amiss, like a crack in the foundation that the listing agent had not mentioned, or something that didn?t appeal to my wife or me. We were really happy with what she found for us. The house that we now have was on the list of potential houses that we had received, and she was quite sure that it was right up our alley based on the taste that we had showed in the past.
