He is incredible. I would trust him to do anything. He's phenomenal. We've recommended them to other people who have used them in their homes. He has been an ongoing person in our lives. We have definitely used him a lot. We have a system that's indoor and out. So things happen from time to time, like a glitch or an update and he'll take care of it. All of our ipads and iPhone are connected to the system. We have our cameras such that when I'm in France, I can see what's going on at home. We can change our lighting from anywhere in the world. He has got it all under control. He's very fair.

Paul is incredibly knowledgeable about home automation and audio visual products.  He took great care in working with my husband and myself to customize exactly what we wanted and precisely followed through to ensure we were (and still are) satisfied with the system.  We did not get any pressure on up-sales and appreciate his diligent communication throughout the installation process and beyond.  Paul continues to check in on us though the project has been complete for months. We plan to contract with him again before the summer is over to install security cameras.  Finally, Paul's price was extraordinarily honest and fair.  When he gets a good deal on products, he passes his lower costs on to his customers.  I highly recommend Paul Kopec and Digital Lifestyle Inc!!!     He's the best of the best!
