Dave was punctual and pleasant upon arrival.  He spent time with us, explaining things to our understanding and focusing on our interests.

Our experience with him was excellent. He is great. His price was very affordable compared to other architects in the area. Others in the area were asking $20000 for the same work. The house looks beautiful!

We were very happy with his services. He came through wonderfully. He is very friendly and very easy to get along with. He is very professional and he follows through. We spent $2500 on the work that we got done. His prices were good, because another company gave us a quote twice of what he charged us. We would definitely use him again in the future.

Great! It was really great working with Dave. He is a very likeable, positive and creative person. He really listened to what we wanted from our project. He provided reasonable ideas and solutions. He suggested ideas on how we could create value without adding a lot of cost. If there were a few different ways to go on a decision, he would offer to illustrate those for us. He has some software to help illustrate what different options would look like--e.g. windows (placement on walls, size/shapes, different grille patterns, dormers, overall look) and the appearance of the different elevations (sides) of the house.

He is very easy to work with. He is professional and down to earth. His prices are reasonable. He worked with the village to make sure all the codes were met and everything was approved.
