"[Member Name Removed], I came out and looked at it 6 months ago and told you to call Ascott heating because the venting system was custom and I had no idea why it was that way because Ascott installed it. That was where we left it. I spent an hour looking at the system in your condo through the parking garage and also your neighbors system, if you remember. I didn't charge you a dime for my time. We now have 5,500 clients in the OPRF area alone and we have more than doubled the size of the company in the last three years. As far as you calling me direct, you must be mistaken because I never spoke to you after that. No one can call me direct because I don't give out my cell number, if I did I would never get any work done."

"[Member Name Removed], we came out to your house on 10-18-16 to rod out your sewer that was holding water. Sean and Dave explained the sewer rod out for the first two hours would be $350.00 because we use the biggest and most powerful sewer rod made. They then went into the basement and rodded the sewer from the clean out. They hit some smaller obstructions and made it out to the parkway were they could not get through after several attempts.Sean then explained the situation to your wife [Member Name Removed] that the next step was to camera the sewer for $240.00. She agreed, and Sean and Dave scoped the sewer and found the sewer partially collapsed infested with tree roots in the parkway. We then located the sewer exactly 6' down and got it going temporarily. Sean, then came back to the shop and shared the information with me so I could get a bid out to you to dig up and repair the sewer. I then sent over a bid the very next day for $3,860.00 including permit fees. I did not hear back from you, so I figured you were living with the sewer as is or got someone else to repair it.
