James Collins made a comprehensive look at our house to determine what type of repairs needed to be done. He determined that there were five areas that needed repairs. The areas were cracks that would benefit from epoxy seal, and straightening out the window sills when windows are replaced.

Jim Collins is who came out. He's very patient and thorough. The company is conveniently located near us. He gave us good referrals for contractors to have some structural work done.

- Overall very good experience with Criterium working with Jim (architect/owner) and Cathryn (project manager).
- Criterium was easy to work with, very flexible (HOA took awhile between phases of work).
- HOA would never have been able to identify the source of repairs without Jim's expertise
- Criterium allowed the HOA to stay out of the details of the repair work by acting as the point-of-contact for the masonry contractor.
- I'd definitely recommend Criterium again and our HOA will use them if additional architecture or engineering work is required.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO ANY REMODELING WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THERE WERE SEVERAL MISTAKES THAT WE CAUGHT THEM MAKING DUE TO THEIR FAILURE IN CHECKING THE ORIGINAL ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AGAINST THE ACTUAL STRUCTURE AS BUILT. ALSO, THEY WOULD COMMIT TO HAVING COMPLETED PLANS TO US ON A PARTICULAR DATE, AND THEN WE WOULD NOT HEAR FROM THEM. THEY PROMISED IT WOULD TAKE ONE WEEK TO FINISH A JOB, AND IT TOOK OVER A MONTH! OVERALL WE WERE VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY.
