 + -1 moreThe preceding comments fairly well cover the most recent repair. On previous visits he has done everything from simple jobs, like replacing a thermocouple, to very complex tasks very reasonably and knowledgeably.
Description of Work: Joe was most recently able to repair a leak in my 75 year-old Bryant boiler and keep it working for at least another season with great efficiency and modest cost. In this instance, the insertion of a special type of "stop-leak" was an effective alternative to what would otherwise have been a several-thousand dollar replacement. Joe brings a wealth of experience with older steam and hot-water heating systems, and we rely on him unconditionally -- except for the fact that he is sometimes hard to reach and/or slow to reply. Once you get him, however, he's quick to the job and always worth the wait.
