Tito, the owner of Chicago Metro Builders, provided us detailed drawings of the work that they would perform. We were told by the consultant for our Condominium Assocation that Chicago Metro Builders is the company that we needed to go with for the quality of workmanship is the best we will find. A time was scheduled to begin the work and Tito completed the work within a week, but he did not stain the porch. When we confronted him, he told us that the stain was not part of the original quote. We showed him the quote, but he insisted that we misinterpreted his quote. Four weeks after the job was completed, some spindles started to pop out and now the entire rail is unsafe. The Association and the consultant for the Association have placed several calls to Chicago Metro Builders and none of them have been returned. The quality of the work, professionalism, and responsiveness are totally and completely unacceptable.
