There was a crack in a wall leading to the basement below the patio. The cracks were repaired and after it dried I had a painter come out to paint the retaining wall. The painter said that the wall wasn't even dry or fixed correctly in two places. So I called Bald Eagle to come back to see what was wrong. Bald Eagle's owner, Kevin, said that they would have to tear down the and patio and start over! So they tore up the entire patio. I paid $1900 additional dollars for that as well as the previous money I had paid to fix the porch crack and the glass block in the bathroom. It seems like everytime I turned around there was additional costs for numerous things. Then we also paid Kevin to go to my daughters house to rebuild her front porch. They kept the stones there and replaced the concrete between the stones. Then they also did 2 small tuckpointing jobs as well. One of the tuckpointing jobs was behind the chimney and the other was behind the garage. Then they were to do the driveway. I walked the front porch with their employee to tell him what needed to be done. He measured the driveway and I walked it with him. They went from the garage to the sidewalk, skipped the sidewalk, and then measured to the street. I owed three payments of $1800, I had paid two of them (the first $1800 before the work started and the second $1800 when he did the porch and tuckpointing job, the third payment for driveway to be done which hasn't been done yet). Then they came back and said that the driveway was measured out wrong and it would cost more to fix!! I am putting my foot down now. Everytime I turn around Kevin is trying to charge me more and more money. I will be taking this situation as far as I can take it. They haven't poured the concrete and part of the driveway (the lip that goes down from the sidewalk to the street) is broken up. There are cracks in it and parts are missing. It doesn't make any sense to just do part of the driveway.
Description of Work: I originally hired Bald Eagle construction to fix two cracks to the retaining wall going downstairs to my basement, among other things i.e. to change the grout on a short glass wall in my bathroom at the ceiling. Also hired them to fix a crack in the front porch of my residence.

Response from Bald Eagle Construction
There are (2) separate addresses involving multiple contracts. Property “A” involved a contract which included removing a patching from cracks of the interior side of a concrete retaining wall and applying new patching. The retaining wall is approx. 7’ in height and the patching which we removed was towards the bottom of the wall. At no time did Bald Eagle Construction guarantee that the patching we installed would make the wall waterproof, nor did we suggest that the patching would be waterproof. On our original visit to the house the Member said that the wall was going to be painted soon and so wanted a smoother wall over which to apply the new paint, thus the removal of the old rough patch. When we received the Member’s call regarding seepage through the new patch our foreman returned to the project to inspect. There is a concrete patio which sits at grade level which is 7’ above the patching. He pulled back the old green astro-turf carpet from the top of the patio which revealed a badly cracked and fissured patio. We explained to the Member that water was collecting around and on the patio and draining down into the ground through the multiple cracks and fissures of the patio and then down into the ground which creates great pressure against the dirt side of the retaining wall (much like water seepage that show up in a basement wall). We explained that replacing the badly broken concrete patio with a new solid concrete patio would help to mitigate water absorption into the ground and then down along the retaining wall. We provided the Member with a separate proposal to which the Member agreed. At no time were there any additional charges on this contract or either of the other (2) contracts we have with the Member. Property “B”: On April 8th we emailed a proposal to the Member. The Member requested we list replacement of the driveway as an optional item. Our office 1) listed the option in BOLD print, 2) gave the actual dimensions (14’ x 19’ ) of the work to be done in the option, and 3) gave a clear and concise description in words describing the area of the work to be done as well as the areas immediately adjacent to the driveway that we would not be replacing. (Bald Eagle will provide a redacted contract and picture for examination) We then received a phone call from the member stating they had received the proposal, but then requesting that we send a new revised proposal listing some residence tuck-pointing as a separate option. We then emailed the new proposal (dated April 15th) with the only change being the requested additional tuck-pointing option. We then received a call from the Member expressing their desire to move forward with the April 15th proposal including all options. On April 18th the member signed a contract with us. On July 6th we emailed the member informing them we would be starting the driveway portion of their contract on July 8th or 9th. On July 8th we emailed the Member informing them we would be starting the driveway portion of the project the next day (July 9th) between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. On July 9th our crew arrived at the scheduled time and performed all the demolition, grading, form construction, gravel fill, gravel tamp-down, wire mesh installation, site marking, and disposal of all debris. The work was performed precisely in the area described in the April 15th contract. The only part of the project left to perform was the actual pouring of the new concrete. On July 9th, after our crew had completed the above described work and had left for the day, the Member called our company to inform us that we did not perform the work in all the areas the Member had been expecting. The Member states that we should replace the apron located between the City street and the City sidewalk. In Chicago the apron is the City of Chicago’s property. In order to perform replacement of the City apron a company must have a special “Right of Way” license. Bald Eagle Construction holds multiple licenses (Concrete, Masonry, etc.) but we do not hold a “Right of Way” license. Very few companies who perform concrete work in Chicago hold this license. (Working on City property involves an engineering assessment for water run-off, grade-ratio analysis, multiple visits with different departments and inspectors). In the 12 yr. history of our company we have never provided a bid to anyone for work on City property. We have not “abandoned” this project: On July 9th the Member said in a phone call we were not to come back to complete the project unless we also were replacing the City apron. The Member then sent an email (July 9th) stating that we would not be paid unless we replaced the City apron. There was over 10 weeks between the time the Member signed the contract with Bald Eagle and the time we started work on the driveway portion. Before the completion of our work on July 9th, there was no mention of any change to the work area. We left the property (July 9th) with the work area staked with yellow caution tape. We have advised the Member to keep the area staked to prevent an accident. Our position is clear: Bald Eagle performed work in the area as described in the contract, the Member is requesting additional work be performed (not to mention that the Member wants it done for free) in an area not described in the contract. Bald Eagle is prevented from performing the requested additional work by virtue of not having the required license. We offer two possibilities to move forward; 1) Allow Bald Eagle Construction to come back and complete the work in the area described in the contract and be paid according to the contract or 2) the Member can hire a new company (one which has the “Right of Way” license) to come in and complete our work by pouring the new concrete over the already prepared area (and then probably have that company perform the City apron work) and we will deduct the price of the actual pouring of the new concrete for the driveway from the April 15th contract and then invoice the Member for the remaining balance.

I left a message for Bald Eagle earlier today. Kevin the owner called back promptly and was very helpful. Our garage floor sits below alley level and constantly get dirt, leaves, debris and water in our garage. We called Bald Eagle to get their advice/quote on our options for pouring a new foundation to meet alley level. He took his time and gave us many items to consider before proceeding with this project: adjustment and/or replacement of current garage door and service door, clearance of new entryway, etc. An approximate cost was quoted for the concrete itself but we will take into account the other items as well before making our decision.
Description of Work: We discussed options for pouring a new concrete foundation for our existing 2-car garage.

My husband saw where he was supposed to get a bigger discount according to the price of the work. No mention was made of a senior discount.

We went back into our email history. We exchanged 18 emails with the member. We exchanged 12 different phone conversations with the member. That would be a total of 30 communications. The average total # of communications for a project is 5. I am not sure how we could have communicated more than we did. We pride ourselves in communicating with our customers. Bald Eagle has an office in an office building with a clearly marked mail slot for the drop-off of contracts, Plat of Surveys, checks, etc. It is very true that we are not in the office all day. We are visiting job sites, measuring for estimates, pulling permits in various building departments and meeting with building inspectors. We have never before heard anyone complain about when we are in the office. Our contracts are 2 page contracts and are quite comprehensive. If a prospective customer requires additional information, clauses or addendums to a contract, we are always ready to discuss and make changes as an individual situation might require. At no time was any complaint or reservation brought up to Bald Eagle regarding our contract until we read the member's review. The member gives my company an F for price. That begs the question, why would anyone hire someone if they thought their price was an F? Our prices are very competitive and the great majority of our reviews on Angie's List reflects this.

We have a project minimum for certain types of projects. The member's scope of work was under our project minimum requirements. I am the owner and I spoke personally with the member. I appreciate that it can be very frustrating for homeowners when they are trying to get bids on very small concrete projects. We provide estimates to approx. 80% of the people who request bids. Unfortunately not every project is a fit for our company.

Kevin Wood and his crew are great. They carefully walked us through every step of the process in advance, they kept us up to date on developments, and they completed the work in both a professional and timely manner. This is the second time we have used Bald Eagle for work, and we have yet to have a single substantive issue.

I just called and spoke with Kevin about having roofing repairs done on my condo building. Although Kevin wasn't able to help me out, he was able to explain why he doesn't work with the type of roof that we have and gave me a referral to a company who can. I really appreciated his help and will keep him in mind for future work I'd like to have done on a single family home we are in the process of purchasing.

All sidewalks on my property were in mediocre to poor condition. I retained Bald Eagle Construction to remove the old concrete sidewalks, as well as some old paving bricks (which I did not have replaced), and replace the sidewalks with new concrete. The entire operation -- starting with the estimate and proceeding through the entire job -- was done very professionally and in a timely manner. The quality of work was excellent, and Kevin Wood was very communicative about timing, what he needed from me, etc. In addition, I had some specific requests about details of the work, all of which was done, indicating attention to detail. I was very happy with the entire experience and would not hesitate to recommend the company.

I had just used Bald Eagle to replace my front steps, porch and walk to the house. I knew the chimney was bad and asked, when the first project was done, if they would give me a quote to fix the chimney. By chance, Greg's crew had the following Saturday available, and was able to do the job almost immediately. The chimney now looks great and is very stable.
Description of Work: The top 8-10 rows of bricks were taken out and reset. The concrete cap was replaced and the whole chimney down to the roof line was tuckpointed.

My initial contact and appointment with the owner Kevin Wood was very professional. He put together a very professional proposal which he emailed as a PDF file. I selected Bald Eagle because Kevin and the proposal were very professional. I paid the 1/3 deposit and waited for Kevin to call to schedule the start. There was a scheduling communication issue that set the project back a couple of weeks which is why I only gave them a B for Responsiveness. It only affected the timing and not the quality of work. The crew, headed up by Greg, was very good. I waited to write the review until the Spring to see how the concrete held up over the winter. You can't use any ice melter for the first winter or two. So, I kept the steps very clean and just used sand when there was a little bit of ice. The steps and sidewalk still look great.
Description of Work: The original quote was actually $5,410. The Angie's List Coupon and 10% Senior Citizen Discount lowered the price to $4,734. The work done was to replace the front steps, porch & walkway to the house. On the first day, they broke up and removed the surface of the existing steps and the walkway between the steps and city sidewalk. On the second day, they built a form around the old steps, adding 4 inches to both sides, and built a form for the walkway. The concrete pour was done the following Monday.

My contact was Kevin. Every time I emailed him or had questions for him, he responded right away. He didn’t just ignore him. He was very prompt and punctual and got back to me. It was good. I would recommend others to be there when it is installed because what they think is accessible may not be what you think is accessible. With regard to price, they were about the same and it was a good price.

I asked Kevin to come out and estimate some home repairs I needed to market my home. He came within a day or so, was on time and very professional. He surveyed the work and said he would have his mason come and estimate. Greg came the same day and told me how he would do the work. I was very hopeful that it could be done at a fair price and quickly. I have had a few problems with contractors in the past and find it difficult to deal with tradesmen. I was pleasantly surprised at the estimate. Kevin sent proof of insurance, references and contracts for the work to be done. The work was done A.S.A.P. and luckily the weather cooperated. There was one slight mishap when some plastic moulding on the front door sidelight was damaged. I am very happy that it was repaired quickly, no argument. The experience was fantastic, I will use them again. It's a pleasure to find a contractor with integrity.

The owner of Bald Eagle came out and inspected the area where the work was to be done. He was very courteous and professional, and he said he would have his masonry expert come out a few days later to take a look at the area. His masonry guy did come out and was on time and made some measurements and inspected the area. A few days later I received an email from the owner with his estimate which I thought was reasonable. Overall a very painless procedure and handled professionally. They also provided references and proof of insurance.
Description of Work: Received an estimate from Bald Eagle to demo and rebuild the front stairs of our 1931 Chicago Bungalow along with the front section of our sidewalk leading up to the house. We asked for the exposed aggregate look, consistent with the aesthetic usually seen with early 20th century concrete work.

The foreman was great and explained everything to me. But when I spoke with the owner, Kevin, he said they misquoted me and had to charge me an extra $4,000. I did need this done in a certain time frame and that did place them under some pressure. He did call me later and agree that they mishandled the situation and apologized for that. I did really appreciated that.

It went very well. The cost was less than I expected. The rep from Bald Eagle came promptly to survey the damage (from my neglect) and to make an estimate. Once we made an agreement, the masonry foreman came and began work. During the work, they discovered some roof damage (also seen by others) and we added that to the contract. The work was done in a timely manner, with the workers coming every day the weather permitted. They even painted a piece of wood, unrelated to the repairs, because they had the ladder up and I asked. I was very satisfied. I would like to add that I have used this firm for other major repairs in the past at both my rental property and my own home (entire new roof last summer) and will be happy to use them again the next time I need repairs.
Description of Work: I have a rental 2-flat that required extensive tuckpointing repair as well as some roof repair (flat roof) and an extensive repair to a back concrete patio and to the drainage tile underneath. Bald Eagle made these repairs.

Description of Work: We just recently bought a new home in Oak Park and were told my our insurance company we had 60 days to get a new roof. I contacted a few roofers through Angie's List hoping that service could be provided during the cold months of Jan/Feb. One of the companies that responded immediately was Bald Eagle Construction. In fact, the owner of the company, Kevin Wood, called me directly and was my point of contact throughout the bidding process. He was amazingly responsive to all my questions and came out to our house to do an initial assessment and talk me through the roofing process. The next day, his foreman came to the house to inspect the roof up close and write an estimate. Both Kevin and the foreman were prompt, courteous and took the time to explain the whys and the whats. Kevin recommended a tear-off roof using 30 year architectural shingles. The price was less than I expected and the bid/contract was actually quite detailed - very professional and specific (down to the task of using a magnet roller to pick up any loose nails). Bald Eagle's bid also included copies of the company's insurance policies, roofing licenses and a list of 10-15 customer references in the Oak Park/River Forest area. For reasons un-related to Bald Eagle's bid, we ended up going with another roofer. We needed our chimney completely rebuilt below the roofline and the roofing company we selected had a great deal of experience working with the chimney company we chose. But I would most definitely include Bald Eagle in any future bidding process for other projects (e.g. concrete parking pad).

Kevin made this endeavor a very stress-free experience for me. I called 4 companies, all "A" rated on Angie's for estimates. They made themselves available to come when I could meet them. Kevin was on time, professional and personable. They did not "hound" me after promptly e-mailing me their estimate. Their estimate included a full page of references, copies of their contractors licenses, liability insurance, Angie's List awards, and Better Business Bureau certification. I signed the contract, gave them the down payment and they started right away. The roofers were wonderful men; trustworthy, hardworking, with a very positive and reassuring attitude. As I was not on-site for the work, they texted me pictures of problems they found and needed to repair. When bad weather kept them from coming, they always let me know. Kevin also kept in touch and submitted a final bill right after completion, explaining all additional charges clearly. I highly recommend Bald Eagle Construction and would use them again in a heart beat!

Bald Eagle was one of 3 companies we got estimates from (all from Angie's List). We selected them after a few contacts because the president, Kevin Wood, was quick to respond to the initial call, good with my questions, and his foreman gave very clear information and was careful to explain that some things they might have to do could not be identified until the damaged area was opened up. We felt that this honesty was important, and not something that the other companies had explained as well. They also exhibited a positive attitude about being able to do the work we needed, and to take good care of our property and concerns. We also liked that fact that if carpentry was to be involved (and it was), Bald Eagle could do the work with their own staff, rather than our having to gather another company's estimate. They are experienced with working with older homes, such as we have. The information in their estimate was clear and the price was in the middle of the other two--but more clearly explained. Because we made a change to our repair plan (different gutter system), Kevin was accommodating about sending a revised estimate. When Kevin sent the estimate, he automatically included references and all of the necessary credentials for the company in the file. They handled the necessary permit without a problem, and I had heard from other people that our village has sometimes complex requirements on permits. They worked with our timing issues well for beginning the work--we first had to use another company to trap and remove squirrels who had moved into the damaged space. As the repair began, they were careful to explain (including snapshots they texted) everything they were doing, and why the estimate had to be adjusted upwards by a few hundred dollars (the construction of the roof on this old house held a few unpleasant surprises!). But they had prepared me for this possibility and clearly showed their work. These pictures were an important part of completing our insurance claim as well. The work was completed in a day and a quarter, they showed up when they were supposed to, and the team of workers were respectful of our property. We had a question or two at the end of the work (concerning some materials used), and Kevin was responsive and answered our concerns well. We trust that his follow up will be just as good as the initial work, and are fully prepared to use Bald Eagle again ourselves and to recommend them to others.

Bald Eagle was one of 3 Angie's List companies that we got estimates from. The gutter changeover was part of a larger roofing repair that we were having done due to storm damage. Originally, we had copper gutters in place, but one had been damaged in the storm, and two downspouts had been stolen at different times. So the question we faced was whether or not to try to restore this very old gutter system. Bald Eagle had provided an estimate for a repair that including replacing the damaged copper gutter. We had already decided that they were probably our best choice for the roof repair (responsiveness and clarity of their information), and when we approached them about what it would take to change over to an aluminum system, they were equally responsive. Kevin Wood, the president of Bald Eagle, provided us with a revised estimate and his foreman gave us the necessary information about color choices and other issues. They understood and implemented our requests for a new downspout location for one, and concurred with our request for adding a downspout in one area to help prevent a flooding and freezing problem we were having with a back sidewalk. The team worked both quickly and carefully, and returned to do some finishing touches as promised the next day. They also helped to prepare the old copper gutters for us to take to the scrap metal place, respecting that we could get more money ourselves than what they could allow for in their estimate. We had a question about the color of the straps being used to hang the gutters, and Kevin responded quickly and accommodatingly to our concern. We have been through some rain and light snow now, and the gutter system seems to be working beautifully. We will be happy to use Bald Eagle for other work, and are pleased to recommend them to others.
Description of Work: (As part of a larger roof repair), removing an entire copper gutter system and replacing with aluminum gutters and downspouts, including the addition of a new downspout, and moving an existing downspout to a new location.

I contacted other companies to do the job and the lowest price I was able to receive prior to Bald Eagle was $500.00. When Bald Eagle came they said they could replace the one tile for $100.00. They have great company with a great owner.
Description of Work: They replaced a tile on my roof.

As demonstrated in the attached letter addressed to Kevin Wood dated December 7, our experience with Bald Eagle was extremely disappointing. There are a number of issues with the quality of work, which has already led to defects, performed on the roof. According to the second bullet point in the attached contract, old roofing was to be removed through vacuum removal. This was critical in evaluating bids since buildings in our neighborhood are located very close together. Once the Bald Eagle crew began work, it was clear vacuum removal was never intended to be used, as the crew threw old roofing (did not even use a chute) from the roof of our building into a dumpster in the alley. No explanation was given as to why the vacuum removal was not done. I hired two men to clean and sweep the alley and surrounding area once complete. The quality of workmanship on the new roof does not meet my expectations or the "Workmanship" guarantee provided in the contract. For example (among other things): 1. The roof has already developed a number of "blisters" or "bubbles" where the roof was not torched correctly and/or the roofing was not adequately fastened to the roof deck. The blisters are expanding in size. I can step on sections of the roof and see a bubble move 3 feet away. 2. Seams in the insulation are already showing, where the insulation is coming up from the roof deck as it was not fastened properly. 3. We currently do not have ceilings in the top floor, so we are able inspect the bottom of the roof deck where longer 2 inch fasteners should puncture the roof deck. As demonstrated in the attached picture, there are areas in which the spacing between fasteners reaches 28 inches, well beyond any recommended roofing installation. 4. Despite multiple attempts, Kevin and the foreman Remmy will not provide the manufacturer of the roofing material used on our roof. 5. We paid $1,000 for a gutter and downspout system. The gutter was clearly installed improperly, as we have standing water of more than 2 inches in the area furthest from the downspout. The foreman acknowledged this is a problem, but blamed it on the pitch of the building, which is puzzling. The gutter is custom made for the building and should therefore accommodate whatever angle, slope, etc. of the building. Ice will quickly build up and weigh down the gutter and roof. 6. The contract states the chimney was to be tuckpointed from the roof-line upwards 2 feet. After pointing out that this was not complete, the crew came out to complete this work. I have attached a picture at what Bald Eagle considers tuckpointing. Awful. 7. As indicated in the letter provided to Kevin, the cement used to fasten coping tiles immediately cracked. The crew came out to fix this, and as demonstrated in the picture, just applied more cement on top of the cracked cement instead of removing and properly fastening the coping tiles. This will undoubtedly crack again. On two separate occasions, I left work and made two trips to the building to review our concerns with Bald Eagle. Both times Kevin indicated he would be present, but he did not show up either time. Both times Kevin sent the foreman who originally performed the substandard work on our roof. I was respectful of the time requested and left work to review the concerns, yet Kevin decided not to show. One day after providing a final bill, I received two phone calls demanding payment from Kevin, indicating that I had not fulfilled my end of the contract. Kevin was paid, in full, two days after providing a final invoice (final invoice = Dec. 5th, Kevin deposited our check on Dec. 7th). Despite prompt payment and numerous requests, Kevin has not responded to the main concerns regarding our roof.
Description of Work: Complete re-roofing of a flat roof for a two-flat building, including tear-off and re-roof. Contract included $1,000 charge for a galvanized gutter and downspout. Original contract and modified change request are attached.

Response from Bald Eagle Construction
We left the manufacturer's paperwork at the front door on our last visit with the member. We will be happy to provide that paperwork again to the member. We are at a loss to come up with a solution for the gutter issue. Subsequent to our visit to estimate the project, the member requested to change the location of the downspout. Had the downspout location remained in its original location, the new gutter would have successfully delivered the water to the downspout. The problem stems from the fact that there is severe settling that has occurred on one side of the porch structure onto which the gutter was installed. The settling of the structure is such that it is not possible to move 100% of the water in the gutter to the downspout location chosen by the member. There were so many roofing layers and unevenness on the original roof that we did not detect the severity of the settling of the structure. It is our opinion it is not possible to fabricate a gutter with built-in flashing that will accomplish 100% water delivery to the new downspout location. As such, we will refund the money paid by the member for the gutter (including the money paid for the downspout) We provided (2) estimates to the member: one estimate for roofing and one estimate for masonry/tuck-pointing work. We were hired to do the roofing project. In the masonry estimate for the sidewalls of the building we specifically mention to “grind out and tuck-point”. This means that we will grind out the mortar joints between the bricks and then tuck-point. In the roofing estimate, which included work to the chimney, we mention to “tuck-point the chimney from the roofline upwards 2 feet”. “Tuck-pointing only” does not involve grinding. Grinding is a much more laborious undertaking and much more expensive. Tuck-point means to fill in areas where mortar is missing. In other words, we add mortar where necessary in the joints. The tuck-pointing that existed prior to our arrival on the chimney was done very poorly and sloppily (but we see this all the time in Chicago on brickwork that is up on a flat roof). Tuck-pointing without grinding will not ever clean up a sloppy job or will it remove mortar that is already in the joints or slopped over onto the brickwork. What it does do, is provide more security to the existing mortar joints of the chimney. We only charged the customer for tuck-pointing which is what we expressly stated, but to keep the peace, we are offering to grind out and tuck-point that area (no brick replacement) at no additional charge. We will meet with the customer to agree on which coping tiles to remove and reinstall. In regards to the areas of the roof which have bubbling, we will be offering a few options to the member. We are going to contact the member tomorrow (January 26th, 2013) to arrange a meeting for next week to meet at the building to explain the proposal to replace roofing in the bubbling areas as the member has requested for a “Desired Resolution” Currently there is snow on roofs in Chicago, but rain and 50 degree weather is forecast by January 29th, 2013. We will report back to Angie’s List immediately after the meeting with the member.

This was my second project with Bald Eagle Construction, and it went smoothly from start to finish. I also had a catch basin in the parking area that needed replacing before I could do concrete which was being done by another contractor. That contractor held the whole project up and Kevin at Bald Eagle was very patient with me calling him to push back the start date regularly (I did give adequate notice of course!). Salvador the foreman for the concrete crew was great to work with, his brother went the extra mile by feathering the concrete where it abutted a small strip of crumbled-edge blacktop (which was out of scope for the estimate) rather than leaving a small canyon between the two- it's the small things that make the difference! I stuck around to watch the pour and finishing, and I have to say it is fun to watch pro's in action. I can't recommend Bald Eagle Construction enough!
Description of Work: Replaced 3 car parking area in back of apartment building, and replaced 75% of the service walk between the driveway and door of building.

Working with Kevin and Remmy, his roofing pro, was a treat. The day the shingles were delivered, the wrong color was delivered, an error BEC caught (yay!) before the shingles even got off the truck. All aluminum work was done, including relocating a gutter downspout to the back of the house from the silly location it used to have on the side of the house. Tuck pointing work looks good. As with any large job there were a couple of small items that needed remediation at the completion of the job which Kevin and Remmy promptly took care of much to my satisfaction. A great crew, can't recommend them enough.
Description of Work: * Tear off old shingles and Fix any rotten wood on roof, replace with architectural shingles * Replace gutters, downspouts, facia and soffit * Tuck point chimney above roof line and add chimney cap. * Permit fees.

The Company was excellent. The price was very competitive, the crew was excellent and the work was done top notch. I literally had no complaints throughout the process. Kevin was responsive throughout the process and took care of the permits which was a huge plus for us. His crew was in and out which is important when your driveway is being ripped up.
Description of Work: Replaced existing concrete driveway.
