I liked them. I thought they were passionate and thorough. They seemed to be very accommodating and seemed like they really wanted to get work from me. They were professional and realistic. They gave me a nice market analysis of the area. I will use them again in the future.

Chiquita was very professional throughout the entire process (which I'm responsible for it taking so long). I truly felt like she was an advocate for me, even though she was also working with the management company. She was very knowledgeable, too. Chiquita was incredibly patient and was willing to answer any questions and explain everything to me. She made herself available via phone and email, weekdays and weekends. I'm very grateful for the help she gave me while going through the commercial leasing process for the first time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or lease properties.

My complaints with my agents was that they were not promoting all of the work that had been done to improve the home such as NEW: windows, plumbing, electric, a/c, kitchen and baths. I had marketing material and lists of features they ignored. After several discussions, I went to my open house as a walk-in. The agent knew nothing about the house, gave none of the marketing material and responded to my question, "How long has it been on the market?" with, "A loongg time!" It had been less than 45 days and just had a $50,000 price reduction. She flipped through paper work to get the exact time and said, "It was on the market for 180 days last year"...and then it sold for half of what it is listed for now. She realized her mistake and said, "Oh, it didn't look like this..." they painted it all the fashionable neutral colors. By promoting that the only improvements done were new paint, stainless steal appliances and granite, they cost me over $200,000 in market value and time.
