We do try our best to meet the high standards that we have set for ourselves, but sometimes we fall short. We recognize that your time is valuable and that it was unprofessional to miss the appointment. We would appreciate the opportunity to reset the appointment that we missed yesterday and meet with you on-site and show you that, while we didn’t put our best foot forward, we can be counted on to regain your confidence.
