Rey and Matt came on time for our 9:00 appointment. They got to work and thoroughly cleaned the vents. They were more than filthy since they had not been done in at last seven years. It took them about three hours to complete the job. I decided to have the ducts disinfected as well. It was an extra charge, but well worth it, especially in this time of COVID-19. I would hire them again.

The job went better then I expected!!! I last had my air ducts cleaned some 20 plus years ago and I always have a dog or two living in my house, so it was time to have this done. I spoke to Jim (ADC, Inc.) over the phone and he thoroughly explained the cleaning process. After our conversation, he gave me a competitive estimate which included all of the ducts in my house. I was satisfied with the estimate and the conversation with Jim, so I decided to hire ADC, Inc. Several days before my scheduled appointment, Jim called and explained that he had a cancellation so he offered to send a team out a week earlier than scheduled, which worked out well for me. The two workers from ADC arrived on time, explained the process of the job and they got to work immediately. Drop cloths were laid to protect the wood floor from the equipment being moved in and out. The furnace is located in the basement of my two-story home so it took around three hours to clean 13 vents. Once the job was finished the vent grills/registers were reinstalled and the system was turned on. The air quality was improved by 100% and it was immediately noticeable. I am extremely happy with the service and work from ADC and I recommend the company without hesitation!

Jim & team we’re ama! So professional & truly took their time to ensure the job was done correctly!!! We have young children who suffer from asthma & allergies & noticed a HUGE DIFFERENCE throughout the house. Professional, flexible to work with and responsive.  
They even came back a few days later and repaired a shower fan that wasn't working after they finished their work.  It turned out to probably not have anything to do with their work, but they took care of it anyway.
Jim was helpful in explaining what they would do and how they would do it and responsive from start to finish.
Very satisfied and definitely recommend them.

I hired Jim Lecas to clean the air ducts, furnace and dryer vents in our home.  He was very punctual, detail-oriented, professional, knowledgeable and honest.  He did an excellent job.  I will definitely hire him again.

They were very good and I was very pleased. They were reasonable and, their original appointment was like four days down the line but they called me the next day and confirmed their availability.

Jim, Pres. of air duct cleaners, was arrived or time, got to work right away, explained what he was doing. They work was reasonably priced. Jim and his assistant did a very good & thorough job. Both were very polite.

The tenant in our rental house reported that the new dryer stopped working properly; the cloths remained soaking wet even after an hour of drying time.  I suspected a clogged air vent line because the house was built in 1961 and owned by my family ever since and the line was never cleanded the entire time.  Additionally, no air could be felt coming out the exterior exhaust vent.  The vent line runs about 35' feet from the laundry room to the exterior wall.  Air Duct cleaning was called in and completely cleared the entire line after working on it for about two hours.   I am very very pleased with them in every way. They were very professional in in their work and demeanor and I now plan to have them clean the vent line on a regular basis every year.

They were very professional in setting up the appointment and once they came to the house, they were very detail-oriented. They made sure everything was done properly. Air duct cleaning can get messy, so they made sure that it was done very well. We were very impressed with their service. They actually showed us how they did the work and there was a dramatic difference. The price was fair for the job that was done. We would absolutely use them again in the future if necessary.

They were fine. It was pretty easy to get them to do the work for me. They were quick and efficient. The machines were louder than anything. They were here as long as they had planned to be here. Their price was high, but the quality was good. Their professionalism was good too. I would use them again in the future.

Air Duct Cleaners has cleaned my clothes dryer vent each year since 2007. Their employees are punctual, extremely reliable, and do outstanding work. The configuration of my dryer vent is complicated, but Air Duct Cleaners always does a tremendous job and leaves my home and roof vent area spotless. I would gladly recommend them to all of Angie's List members.

They had different procedures for the supply ducts and the return ducts. They made sure no dust or anything blew back into the rooms they were cleaning. Cleaned the ducts from where the ducts ended in the rooms, then cleaned from the furnace side. They were very professional. I see ads in the newspaperas for duct cleaning at $49.00. I don't think you'll get professional services for that price. In fact, it is most likely a 'come-on' price to which many extras will be added. Air Duct Cleaners, Inc. did the job for the price they said they would. I recommend them.

wonderful! clean! neat! thorough and took the time to explain to me! arrived early and went to work. they started by looking in the basement for a way to get the vacuum through a window, but mine are old so we opted for the back door. They got the equipment in and started with the return vents - ICK! they were horrible and not only did they force the dirt down, but they also vacuumed the vent grill and around. They did this with every return and then went to every vent, removed teh cover, blew down the debris and used this gadget to run down the vent pipe to knock off the loose debris. The drilled small holes in the airflow ducts but deals with rubber caps and used a template to cut into the airflow ducts for the vacuum. they sealed these with sheet metal that was screwed and taped. then they did the sanitize fog (my basement had flooded and figured this was a good option to be safe after seeing all the debris in the vents). They were so thorough they did not want to put the dirty filter back in and took time to show me how to do that as well as control the damper in the basement - VERY PLEASED and worth the money. left very little, if any, debris. Well worth the price - i got much more than i paid for in my opinion.
