. He handles pretty much all the formats. He is reliable. He knows the business and one can talk to him. I don’t remember the price I paid him. I had a cable show and I had a couple of boxes of tapes which needed his attention. He is very economical. He is not like the others. I have noticed that on other video duplicating places, their prices vary. I have used him in the past for a lot of stuff, I trust him and he knows his job. As for responsiveness you can call him and leave him a message and it may be a little while before her gets back to you. But when he does he does a good job. I would use him in the future.
