W & Z GENERAL CLEANING CO

 Every visit has gone smoothly. When you call, you leave a message and Ziggy calls back promptly to arrange a date and time.  I provide the cleaning supplies and they take care of the rest. She arrives promptly and gets right to work. She's very friendly and always smilling and singing and unlike me seems to enjoy cleaning.  I appreciate that they send the same person every time and I can schedule at a moments notice. The only down side is her english isn't very good so it takes time to explain things. Not a big deal given we usually leave once she arrives so we aren't in the way. If nothing else I really just want her to know how much I appreciate the effort she always puts into cleaning our home.  Best of all the price is more than responable given it takes her about 5-6 hours. I've used larger services like Molly Maids and the likes but in comparision they only surface clean and their prices are quite high.

This was the second time I had this company to clean and I was satisfied the first time but, it definitely depends on the cleaning lady. First of all I had scheduled the clean from 8:30-2:30. The owner got to the property at 7:30 so, left the cleaning lady there until I arrived at 8:30. The cleaning lady couldn't speak English at all and I described what I wanted to in non-verbal language. She requested a mop, a vacuum (I had requested to the company to bring one), bleach, and different paper towels (I buy the most expensive kind and love them). I told her to hand wash the floor because I prefer that ... She refused. She had me talk to the owner & someone else on her cell phone to do some translating. It was RIDICULOUS!! I went out and bought the things she wanted ..... $250 later for just supplies I hoped to have a sparkling clean house since she was so demanding. Well as I type this I am taking a break from cleaning all the things that were suppose to be cleaned!!! So, instead of unpacking and settling into my new house I'm cleaning! :-P I was satisfied with the cleaning lady that came to clean the other 2 units I had this company clean ..... So, if you hire this company to bring you a reputable cleaning lady.

He comes to do a walk through and lets you know the exact price as well as after work to make sure everything went okay. He brings in about 3 people and cleans in and out, top to bottom, from windows to hardwood floors. Very good and very efficient. They arrive right on time. They don't all stop at the same time, so that work is being completed at any point during the project. They were very thorough and very courteous and punctual. I provide the cleaning supplies, but they bring there own tools- ie ladders and anything else needed to complete the job. I usually give a small tip each time. Nothing has ever been broken and they are very careful with valuables.
