Rentals - Equipment
THEY 'LOST' MY RESERVATION AND WERE EXTREMELY RUDE. AFTER 3 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES HAD BEEN VERY UNHELPFUL, THE MANAGER TRIED TO 'FIX' THE PROBLEM BY GETTING A TRUCK THAT I HAD TO PICK UP, 4 HOURS AWAY AND REFUSED TO DISCOUNT THE CHARGE RATE.
