Be careful !!!! I’m so disappointed, we took this professional for cleaning before the move out, we hope find a real professional but I was so disappointed by the cost for this results. I didn’t want a perfect result but just something clean. Don’t waste your money and your time

They could do a little bit better cleaning but my wife likes them more than I do.

Had a bit of a miscommunication problem with their office as to when the maids would arrive, but I did get a phone call early on the morning of the appointment to clarify the matter. The four maids arrived in their company vehicle, and promptly "hit the ground running". After walking the "Purple Team's" leader through the house, the maids divided up their responsibilities and got right to work. I left, and about two hours later received a phone call from their office informing me that the maids were just about finished. My wife and I returned to the house just as the maids were packing up. Melanie, the General Manager, also arrived to meet us and go over the billing.  My wife and I inspected the house and were overall pleased with the results. While we were disappointed that the maids were not able to remove some stains in the bathtub, we were delighted with the way the cabinets, the sinks, and the stove and oven were cleaned. Considering their promptness and efficiency, the price was a good value.

I was not really thrilled with their 4 girls/1 hour cleaning process. I had several occasions where I requested areas be better cleaned, (either asking the girls, or contacting management) and it would be OK for a few more visits and then I would have the same problem (for example cleaning the bathroom floor well) or a different concern (missing obvious areas that needed wiping down including doors or door jambs or the refrigerator door handles). They closed the door twice on the room which held our cats' litter box, which provided an extra surprise when I came home from work. I felt that if it wasn't on their specific list, even if it was obvious, it wasn't attended to. I had 2 occasions where I left a message and the person who answered the phone either did not pass the message on, or the person did not call me back. They do have a policy where they will come back and fix an area I was unhappy with, but I did not take advantage of it, as it was a hassle to have them back in the house. I just wanted it done right the next time. In fairness, overall cleaning was usually fine, but I have had other housecleaners in the past whom I thought did a better job and (I felt) treated my home the way they would their own. The women were polite and timely, but I probably would look for a single person vs a cleaning crew in the future. Also, when compared to some of my colleagues house cleaning arrangements, this service was much more expensive, especially since I was not always happy with the results.

I called The Maids on 12/27 requesting a team to clean my home before a holiday party we were having on the weekend.  I had forgotten to schedule something before the holiday and recognized that I was calling with very little notice.  After explaining what I wanted I was told that I would get a call back with an answer.  They called back very shorty with the news that a team could come later that day.  Needless to say, I was impressed with their responsiveness and thrilled that they could get a team out so quickly.  The team was relatively on time - I knew they were coming from another house, so it was not a huge deal that they were a bit late.  As soon as they arrived, I could tell that they were less than happy to be there.  Never-the-less, I led them through the home and explained what I wanted to have done.  I had to leave to run a quick errand, but was told the job would take approx. 2 1/2 hours, so I told them I would be back before they left.  I received a phone call about an hour later from the home office stating that they were done and leaving and requesting payment over the phone.  I was shocked and questioned the individual on the phone about the speediness of the job.  He replied that my house was well-organized and easy to clean.  I had a coupon, so my total bill was around $225.  When I returned home, I was less than impressed and could easily see why it only took them an hour for the job. The kitchen floors, which I had stated were a priority, were visibly still dirty.  The basement floors may have been cleaned, but did not appear so to the naked eye.  The hallway may have been vacuumed but I could see dirt and dust still there.  Otherwise, floors aside, the job was satisfactory.  However, they also broke a ceiling fan - a fact that was not mentioned to me when I was called for payment.  I called the manager the next day (per the note they left me) and he stated that he was sorry and that they did not tell him until after he spoke to me.  He stated that they would pay for a replacement piece (the fan was rather old, so not a big loss, but a replacement piece was out of the question).  I was told to price out the piece and/or a new fan and get back to them. Honestly, I never followed up as the fan was old and I really did not hold them responsible for its demise.  At that time I also told him about the floors and the fact that I was disappointed and had to re-mop my floors.  He said that he would keep that in mind - whatever that means.  I think it goes without saying that I never received any follow-up from The Maids after that.

How did it go?  Fantastic!  They cleaned things I had no idea they would get to-under couch cushions, behind furniture, fronts of cabinets.  Plus everything I thought they would clean.  The ladies were professional and got right to work.  A supervisor came about halfway through the cleaning to make sure everything was going well and stayed until the two hour period was up.  $256 is a little more than I wanted to pay for a whole house cleaning, but I am happy I did it!

The 4-member crew was prompt and courteous. After I explained what I wanted them to clean, they were very efficient. I plan to use this company on a regular basis.

They left many things undone which were included as part of their service. They did not clean ceiling fans, missed noticeable cobwebs, did not do the blinds in several rooms, and did not dust around the banister coming into the house. Sure, I got a final walk through, but for supposed experts who should know what to do, I should not have to point out to them what is on their own checklist. They did a good job on what they did clean, but missed entirely too much for me to recommend them.

Some of the neighbors have had good experience with this service so I gave them a try. I found that they were not satisfactory for our purposes. They are highly organized and work to a finely tuned system. However, I found their focus was on doing their system on the house rather than on making sure that the house was clean. The same caked on bit of food was on the kitchen floor after they scrubbed it as before--even though I had specifically pointed out the spot to them.
