This lady came with great reviews but I didn't get that kind of experience although our exchange was short. I make good money and have owned my own home. I decided to sell my place and look for a rental simply because I didn't want the upkeep for a while on a place. I sent her a text saying I got her name off of Angies's list, I was looking for rentals and wanted to know if she could send me some listings off the MLS. Not only did it take her almost 3 days to respond but she responded with an abrasive "Fine I can send you listings BUT no one is going to consider you unless you have above average credit." To me that was a rude comment, unprofessional and for some reason she either assumed I had bad credit or was too dumb to know they check credit. Well my credit score is nearly 800. So I didn't bother to use her. A polite, "Sure I'd be happy to help you" would have been more appropriate. She was note professional AT ALL. Don't use her. There's plenty of other/better realtors out there.

Jose M. is diligent and works fast, If you need to do/buy a short sale I highly recommend Jose. He is ethical, honest and gives you the right info when you need it.

She is very polite, pleasant, and easy to work with.
