QUALITY MAID INC

I have used cleaning services for more than 10 years and this was the worst and most bizarre experience ever. The work was so bad it was like they brought dirt with them. Counters, floors, fixtures and appliances all looked like they had been wiped with a filthy sponge and left to dry smeared and disgusting. When I called Betty, the owner, she immediately went on the offense claiming that my standards were too high and I was probably a difficult customer??!! So, I politely asked her to come to my home to see the work for herself. She shows up with the 2 maids that had been there the day before. She spent the next 15 minutes going through my house and degrading her poor employees for the botched work. Not only was this uncomfortable, but she never offered to make it right with me. Seems she just wanted to show me how tough she is with her workers. She refused to refund my money even after if was obvious I was entitled. Instead, she inisted that I reschedule another visit. Right!
