Pete's crew did a fantastic job. He contacted me quickly with a quote and we arranged a date for the work to be done. He called me and asked if he could do the work sooner which worked out for me. I am so happy with how my house looks. I would recommend his company as I like to support local businesses. Thank you Pete!

We've used Pete's for a few years now and we have nothing to complain about. They are reliable, punctual, do the job as expected - and all of that for a fair price. This year we cancelled TruGreen and asked Pete's to do our fertilizing/weed control. We'll see how that works out, but I don't expect any problems considering their past history with us.

This summer though things took a bad turn. First there was a problem with quality. The workers sometimes can't keep that trimmer up and left bald spots on my (and my neighbor's) lawn. Also I had a problem with the crew dumping hoses and corrugated pipe from my sump pump into the window well. I complained about that too and got no response. The last straw was when they messed up my billing. I have been paying off my balance each and every month. Most recently, they can't get the math right and even told me over the phone that I haven't made my payments. I have bank records and previous months statements that prove otherwise!! I can't have a business relationship with a company that can't get their billing straight.

Was suppose to do in July. Made changes to plans. Work wasn't supervised. Had to come back to correct job. Had to put new grass in because we didnt here from him for almost a week . Grass burned out. Said he was very busy. That's not a excuse.

They were always punctual. I would have them cut it every two weeks. I never had issues.

I used Pete's Lawn Care for a basic service, trimming my lawn on a weekly basis. First, I immediately noticed the front lawn was not trimmed evenly. I contacted the office and submitted pictures regarding my concerns. This issue was not immediately resolved until I had multiple conversations with the staff when they were on site. Second, I WAS INITIALLY CHARGED FOR SERVICES I NEVER REQUESTED. Their staff arrived at my home indicating they were scheduled to trim my hedges and trees. I indicated I never submitted a request for this service. The staff left my home. I left a message on Petes Lawn Care's voice mail regarding the incident. The staff left returned a few days later and conducted the service anyway. I received a bill for the service, which I refused to pay. Eventually, after much conversation and emails the bill was modified. Today I was notified Pete's would no longer be servicing my account, which apparently will be a blessing for me given their customer service.

They're a good lawn service. They come out every week, every Thursday. It's $26 to cut my grass, a week. I'm not here when they cut the grass, but they come every week, of course.

They arrived on time cut and trimmed the grass each week.  The price was fine and they were on time.  I would use them again.
