Paid estimate of service because they did not have parts, then company proceeded to say parts were constantly on backorder. Finally after 3 weeks, they said whoops our employee quit and we can't fix anything for SubZero any more???????

MY DRYER WASN'T DRYING CLOTHES FOR ME. THE FIRST MAN THAT CAME SAID THE PROBLEM WAS WORN COILS AND REPLACED THE COILS, A THERMAL FUSE, AND A BELT. AFTER THE SERVICEMAN LEFT MY CONDO, THE DRYER STILL DIDN'T WORK, SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THE OWNER'S SON WOULD COME AND REPAIR IT. THE 2ND TECH CAME OUT, LOOKED AT ALL THE PARTS AND TOLD ME THAT I WAS UNDERCHARGED BECAUSE 1 OF THE PARTS ALONE WAS $170. HE TOOK IT APART AND SAID THE GAS VALVE WASN'T OPEN. HE TOLD ME SEVERAL TIMES HE DOESN'T WORK ON SUNDAYS. AFTER HE LEFT, THE DRYER STILL DIDN'T WORK, I CALLED THE COMPANY, GOT THE RUN AROUND AND FINALLY AN APPOINTMENT WAS SET UP FOR THE 2ND TECH TO RETURN. ON FRI.THE 1ST TECH CALLED ME AND I REFUSED HIS SERVICE. ON SAT THE 2ND TECH FINALLY RETURNED MY CALL AND SAID HE HAD DONE EVERYTHING TO MAKE IT WORK AND SAID HE'D RETURN, TAKE OUT THE PARTS AND REFUND ME MY MONEY ON MONDAY. ON MON I GOT A CALL FROM SOMEONE ELSE SAYING THEY'D BE OUT TO FIX THE DRYER! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Did not show and it required 3 phone calls over the course of an hour to determine that their Monday afternoon receptionist had not recorded the service call. We contacted this company on Monday and explained that we needed a part. They indicated they needed to review the issue prior to ordering the part and scheduled a two hour window the following day. I waited and after the two hours had expired called the company to ask what the technicians ETA would be. The receptionist said she would contact the technician and have him call me back. 35 minutes later no phone call so I called again. Different receptionist who took my information (for the 3rd time) and said she would call back in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later she called to say that we had not been added to their schedule and if I wanted to wait around until later in the evening they could get someone out to me. I declined. Their poor phone service was a red flag that their repair work could be equally shoddy. Very frustrating.

Hands down, this is THE most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. The day that I finally received the refund, and therefore no longer had to call them, was wonderful. It was such a relief to be through with them.

The dishwasher was not working, so I called Optimal Solution. They said it would be $35 to come out, which I thought was extremely low. They came out and said the pump needs to be replaced which would be $220. The pump that was installed was black and the one he was leaving with was blue. I asked him to keep the part and he said I cannot keep the part. He charged me $240 instead of the $220 he originally said, saying the extra $20 was tax but the receipt did not have a break down for the price of parts.
