My Home Owners Association recommended this company. They came out and cleaned my dryers vents and replaced the dryer hose. In the process of replacing the hose, they had to move my unit. I noticed shortly after that I couldn't open and operate my dryer properly, because they didn't move my dryer back to its proper place. When I moved the unit back myself, the hose disconnected from the back of the dryer. Days later they offered to come back out and reconnect the hose. When they came out they said they would have to charge me an additional $35 dollars to fix the problem. At that time I refused the new charges and asked them to leave. Because of that I was forced to hire a new company and spend more money.
Description of Work: A father and son team came out to clean my dryer vents and replace the dryer hose.
