+ -1 moreContractor was very responsive in providing bid on a home addition plan that we had completed by an architect. They were very quick to respond to all questions, honest about availability and timeline of project and generally easy to work with. Contractor was very open to allowing us to visit current project sites and view completed projects. Workmanship appeared top grade. Unfortunately, the lending process was unable to proceed due to a poor home appraisal and we have had to shelf the project. When we are able to get back to proceeding with our dream addition, Mel's Contracting will be the first call that we make.
Description of Work: Contractor provided bid, contract was immenent but home appraisal precluded project from taking place.

+ -1 moreThey did a very nice job at a reasonable price. I got 3 estimates and they say never to go with the cheapest, but I did and I'm glad! They did an excellent job and were very dependable. I left them in my house (I have to work) and I was never nervous. I have recommended them to other people. Their estimate was $2,000.00 less than the other estimates I got.
Description of Work: They remodeled my bathroom.
