LAMBTON'S AUTO SVC

I agreed to the service after being assured and re-assured by both employees before, during, and after installation that premium parts were ordered and installed. In fact, I asked for the specific brand name they would be using before agreeing to the service. I researched that brand name and found it to be an acceptable alternative to OEM parts, so I agreed to the service. While I waited, I saw parts being delivered by a chain auto store and they were not the promised parts, they were the entry level model of an entry level brand that is available at a big chain auto store. Unsure if these were my parts, I asked and was told they were not. After the service on my car was completed, I looked at the receipt and confirmed the parts I saw being delivered were the parts they installed on my car. They did not use the higher quality brand they promised me and continuously re-assured me they were going to use. The parts themselves seem to have been installed properly and the service was timely. But I would never return because I was misled. I would not have agreed to pay $550 for parts and labor based on the quality of parts they installed.

Also, oil changes at Lambton's cost $20 and take 10 minutes, just like they should. This is now the only place I'll take my car.

I would highly recommend! As a woman, it's always hard to find a place where you can be treated and serviced fairly. This place was awesome! Worked with Paul, and he took care of what I needed and at a reasonable price. I'm definitely going back.
