nick called said he would be there around 2:00 after he got something for lunch. everything went very well took only half hour. paid what they said when they saw problem. I'v used them before. and will use them again

He told me what the cost would be and it was a good price compared to anyone else I had asked. They had the parts on the truck and did the work the same day. It only took about an hour or so.

ALL THE FIXTURES IN THE WHOLE HOUSE. THIS IS THE FIRST PLUMBER
THAT I KNOW OF THAT CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE CLEANED THE
FIXTURES, AND THE SINKS AND ALL ALROUND.
I WOULD HIRE NICK AGAIN.

They were not professional at all. We had estimates for other plumbing work and they were upset that we had other people in mind to do the work. He had been out here before and had been good and that is why we called him the second time. He was doing paperwork on our counter and saw that we had estimates from another plumbing company and he questioned us about it. He asked us as to why we were using other plumbing companies. It was shocking and I called who I thought was his boss, but it was actually him that I called.

Job required 16 man hours. Job endured from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm with considerable yelling between he and his partner. Did not appreciate him staying until such a late hour. In the process of rooting out the tub drain, he created a new hole in a nearby pipe. In attempting to repair by inserting a wooden peg, he enlarged the hole he created. Other than creating a new hole in the pipe, the work completed seemed excellent and has not leaked.
