It rained and the truck leaked and two pieces of our furniture were damaged. Even though we had everything wrapped in plastic, the rain still got through. They did what they could do because I realized that they were not responsible and I didn't get the insurance. They credited the full price of the rental so I was happy with that part because I realized they really didn't have to do that.

Door Service
The front was ok but the back still needs some adjustments. The installation guy needed to make several trips before the weather changed. Finally he took the measurements. He never contacted me I had to contact him. I will be calling him again to correct the lock situation with the door. He left a hole in the wall the last time he tried to correct it. They should have had a more experienced person.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL. THEY DID THE INSTALLATION EXACTLY THE WAY I WANTED IT DONE. I DID HAVE TROUBLE CONTACTING HOME DEPOT AT TIMES, BUT THE SUBCONTRACTORS WERE VERY GOOD.
