I WAS MOVING, SELLING THE HOME AND NEEDED THAT DOCUMENTATION. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION WAS GREAT. SINCE THEN RESPONSIVENESS WAS POOR. I RESORTED TO CALLING HIS SUPPLIER TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING THEY COULD DO. AFTER THAT HE FINALLY CAME THROUGH. I'D ADVISE OTHERS TO GET THE PAPERWORK AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION, BUT BEFORE YOU PAY.

UNABLE TO RATE PUNCTUALITY DO TO THE FACT I LEFT THE TIME FOR INSTALLATION UP TO THEM, IT JUST HAD TO BE DONE BEFORE WINTER. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT HOW FAST THEY RETURNED MY CALL WHEN I CALLED WITH A QUESTION ABOUT MY NEW FURNACE.
