They put things in the deal and then when you go to use it its not there. They bait and switch and say well we sold you this but this is what the deal really is. I just feel like they were lying. I was mad you know. I felt like I had a decent deal.

Then you know they came out with some lies, it like I got a little scratch on the car someone came by and bumped it. I got a deal for buffing out dings if someone dings your door . They said well we can pull it out but there's nothing to pull out. They said that we never said we would get out scuff marks and only dings 

They said that's not covered, I said what the man said I wouldn't have a to worry about scratches and dings. and the they said we didn't say scuff marks. I said this is a ding and they said no its a scuff mark. They took it out that time. I was just through with them They stated to give me the ins and out on my packages it was really like a pile of crap.

The dealerships all charge the same for the oil change then they always find something else that has to be fixed. They do good work. I just hate sitting around.

Their reasonable in their price and they got good service and good service hours.

I went in for an oil change and after I declined 2 packages of sales recommendations, coincidentally they discovered the bolt on oil pan gasket was stripped by "whoever has been doing my oil changes". Since the car could no longer hold oil, I had to consent to the $600 repair. Sounds very suspect to me. Unless you want a $600 oil change, steer clear of this place.

I am taking my car in tomorrow because I took my car in to another place to get the tire fixed and they lost the wheel lock. I called and they said they could replace it for me.
I've never had a problem. Every time I go there they know you. I've never had to wait long. If I call to make an appointment they try to work within that appointment time. I've had no problems with them to date. They will explain to you the procedures. They will let you see the filters before they change them.

I have been taking my car to them for about 10 years. The staff is proficient and reasonable. They are also very honest. I usually deal with Terry and he is experienced and cordial. They are very prompt and I never have to wait long to get my car back from a service.

They are good for an oil change but they always seem to find something wrong with my car when I bring it in. They suggested I get a engine flush and I researched the service online and I saw that it was an unneccessary service to me since I do not have that old of a car. They should have never done the service. I reported this to Honda but they were really no help. I looked them up on BBB they were rated an F.

The service provided was excellent, the people I dealt with were very clear and professional. However, it was more expensive than I would like.
