Copper Tree Construction

There were a couple of issues along the way and they were normally pretty good about getting them fixed. One issue that stood out was that they put a window in our basement in a window well. We were very concerned about it in case there was a heavy rain that water might come into our basement. They ended up putting a drain and rock into the well as a "resolution." This past June we had a heavy rain and the water came in through the window to the basement. I sent him pictures of when the water came through and told him what happened. We requested he come and fix it and after a few weeks he got back to us with a letter saying it was not his fault and he would not be responsible for fixing it. A couple of weeks ago we had the architect look at the window again and after he looked at the blueprints that were approved by the city he noticed that the window had not been been drawn or mentioned in the approved plans. So we then contacted the contractor again and we have not heard back. My husband has called him and I also sent him an email but we have yet to hear back.
