COMPLETE PLUMBING

My first phone call was to repair a leak in my toilet; my fixtures are originals in my bathroom and I feared a replacement and a mismatch of fixtures -- but NO! Complete Plumbing (Tom the Plumber) was able to fix the leak without changing out my porcelain fixtures. I then discussed my purchase of a new kitchen faucet and that I would make an appointment for that installation when my 2nd bathroom toilet developed a problem a week later that the tank would not work properly. I called for that repair and was able to schedule the faucet installation as well within the same visit. Both my calls rendered next business day, early morning visits - sending Tom the Plumber both times. Tom, and Complete Plumbing, worked efficiently, knowledgeably, professionally and friendly and left everything in spic and span condition for each of the three services performed. I have not needed plumbing services in several years and was hesitant to contact my former plumber (used for 25 years) when I received a high marks recommendation of Complete Plumbing. The care, concern and actions of the office staff, the management staff and the plumber are EXCELLENT. I will always reach out to Complete Plumbing for any future plumbing needs as well as pass on those high marks recommendations. If Angie's List had an A+ category, Complete Plumbing would get an A+++++ from me. I have used them several times in last couple of years. They show up they are on time and know what they are doing.

Tina and her team are the best. The faucet on the master bath was broken. Tina searched and searched and found the necessary parts, ordered them, and made sure they were installed on time, on budget and perfectly. They also replaced the hose bibs with frost free ones which will help prevent any frozen pipes this winter.

The new line is working fine, solving a problem I had been having for many years. The cost was fair, for top notch work.

They were responsive, and knowledgeable. When compared to another plumber they had great prices. The approximate cost listed is what they charge per hour, then add the cost of parts. They did such a good job that I had them come back out a second time. If I need a plumber in the future, I'll call them.

Very professional. Very helpful and courteous on the phone setting up the appointment. They were able to come out the next morning and fix the problem. Very positive experience. I would definitely use them again.
