My experience with Brad was unprofessional and disappointing. He charged me $325 for a repair when it should have been included in the original warranty. When the issue occurred again, he said it would be a minimum of $500 for him to check it out. I had to hire another contractor to finish the job.

His service was good and at a fair price. He knows what to do and how to do it. He was here when he said he would be and worked efficiently. We have been happy with his work and would recommend him.
