Geno provided same day service and was extremely professional. 

He moved every piece of furniture out of the way and replaced the furniture with protection pads under each leg to prevent discoloration.  He even went out of his way to clean another piece of furniture that had a stain on it without me even having to ask! 

Also, provided tips to spot treat any stains that I may have in the future.

Gene was prompt and was able to get the job scheduled quickly.  He did a nice job and carpets looked much better after he finished.

They were prompt, friendly and efficient. They moved furniture without extra cost and up cleaned after themselves. My only complaint is that they didn't tell me that they couldn't remove a stain in one of my bedrooms as it wasn't apparent until after the carpets dried.

He does nice work and as far as I'm concerned, the price is reasonable. He says he will be here on Tuesday at 2 in the afternoon and that's when he will come. He comes when he says he will come so you don't have to wait around for him and you can plan your day around him. They come and get the job done. I have used them repeatedly for years; I wouldn't do that if I wasn't happy with them.
