AFTER PRICING OUT OUR MORTGAGE WITH NOT ONLY TRADITIONAL LENDERS BUT OTHER MORTGAGE COMPANIES, I FOUND ASSURED TO HAVE THE LOWEST FEES POSSIBLE. THESE ARE HONEST PEOPLE THAT ARE IN THE MORTGAGE BUSINESS BUT NOT OUT TO GOUGE YOU! THEY STAYED ON TOP OF THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND SO THE CLOSING WAS FLAWLESS. I WOULD SURELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
