Agata Czubak

I've been using Agata for several years now and I've found her services to be outstanding.  Agata is punctual, efficient, and highly professional.  I don't know what I would do without her.  My house is always immaculate and fresh when she is through.

Dorothy did a great job of cleaning my condo! She left it sparkling. Also, she was very sweet. I plan to have her come back in December.

She showed up the same night I called to look the job over and got back to me with a quote within two days.  My wife scheduled the appointment and she had two women show up ahead of the other to get the windows.  Then the other three showed up on time at the appointed time and they got everything. 



The only downside was that they emptied the mob bucket in the kitchen sink and I got paperclips into the garbage disposal and my disposal is jammed up.

I really like her, I would recommend her to friends. I think that she does a really great job. I can get a hold of her most easily by text.

Excellent attention to detail. Extremely satisfied with her dependability and quality of work. We had a flood in our house and the basement was a mess. She still cleaned what she could and even dusted the television that had to be put in our bathroom while we fixed the flood damage. Great service,I I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Agatha and her assistant arrived at noon as they said they would. They immediately gathered the cleaning supplies, and proceeded to begin cleaning. They obviously had a routine, and it was most effective as they moved from one area to another, cleaning in detail. They woorked swiftly and efficiently. They cleaned 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, hallways, stairs, foyer, dining room, living room and kitchen in 3 1/2 hours. Agata did a tremendous job.

I contacted Agata for an estimate. She responded within 24 hours. She came to give me an estimate and was very professional. Agata was very punctual and did an extraordinary job. I was very pleased. I signed her up to come every 2 weeks.

I found Agata on Angie's List and I am glad I did. She has been cleaning my home for a few months and does a great job! She comes out every other week. She is always on time and is very thorough. She is also very accommodating when it comes to rescheduling cleanings. I found Agata through Angie's list.  Based on her rating and the comments from her customers, I called right away.  I am selling my home and wanted someone to do a deep cleaning in every room.  Agata came by my home on the  same day I called to see exactly what I needed to have done.  I knew she was going to do an outstanding job even before she started just based on the things she pointed out to me as we walked through my home.  My lower level/family room had been unused collecting dust, cobwebs, and a few crawly things since my sons left for college some years ago.  This was no small job.
My timeframe for getting this done was very tight in that my broker wanted to start showing the house immediately.  In order to accommodate my schedule and get me in as soon as possible, Agata arranged to give up her holiday and clean my house on the 4th of July!  No holiday charges.  No additional fees.  Just an overwhelming commitment to customer service.  However, because my movers were unavoidably delayed in getting my furniture into storage, we had to reschedule the house cleaning for the following week.  Agata and her team arrived as scheduled and deep cleaned my house for four hours straight.  When I say they hit every single nook, cranny, and crevice, I am not exaggerating.  They cleaned areas I didn't even know existed.  Seriously.  My house looks fabulous! 
To say I am impressed with Agata and her team is an understatement.  I started writing this review and texting my friends with her contact information  while they were still in my home working.  When I asked how often I should have her come, she recommended once each month, but I insisted on every two weeks until this house is sold.  When I move, I will have her take care of my new home regularly, as well.  Exceptional, customer-centric service from a consummate professional.  Agata and her team are great.

I can sleep in peace without dry wall dust.  I am soooooooooo appreciative. Agata had a couple of hours open in her very busy schedule and came to my rescue.

I definitely recommend her. She is great.  She and another lady come out and it’s like a tornado goes through my house.  They come through and it feels so much better when they’ve been there because everything is so clean.

I have good things to say about her.  She actually goes above and beyond.  I will continue to use her.

This was my first referral using Angies List and am happy with the experience.  I interviewed several companies before this and Agata was personable, informative with high spirits.  Her price was also competitive.  I like how they pay attention to details I would not have noticed otherwise.

She is terrific.  She is very thorough and does a very great job.  The communication is excellent.  She comes with a partner and they have very good suggestions – such as what supplies to get.  She is very conscientious and takes pride in her work.  She is very trustworthy. 

Agata is very reliable, and she does a very good job cleaning our home,  She washes down the floors, dusts, etc.  We have 4 cats and a dog and she does an exceptional job cleaning our home.  I would highly recommend her.

I called Agata desparate to get someone in the give me an estimate for a "deep" cleaning.  My tenant had recently moved out and left the apartment in a mess!  Agata came over and gave me an estimate for the work after reviewing the apartment.  She charged $150.00 for the cleanup.  I was completely floored, as I was expecting to pay double that cost!  She came later in the week to clean the unit. She worked nearly 8 hours on the unit, and when she finished it sparkled!  One of my relatives who came over to see the unit could hardly believe it was the same place (after Agata cleaned it).  I loved her work so much that I asked her to give me an estimate for cleaning my condo on a bi-weekly basis.  So for the past 2 months, Agata has been cleaning my home.  Even my toy poodle likes her!  I would highly recommend Agata for cleaning.  Her husband, John is also a great painter!

Agata came into a messy home and left it in wonderful shape.  I have two dogs and there is a lot of hair.  She makes sure that everything is clean before she leaves.  I'm proud to have company over. 

Each time, Agata arrived on time ready to work. Since these are just the first 2 visits, deep/detailed cleaning is required to get the house back up to a "maintenance" state. Agata is very detail oriented and wants to know how I want things done. Clear communication and feedback. She takes pride in her work and is very thorough. Hope this is the start of a long-term relationship. I am very happy with her work.

I hired Agata a year ago. She always arrive on time. The house is cleaned very well. I really appreciate her work - it feels good to enter a clean house.

She arrives on time. Speaks english. Does an excellent job. The house is spotless. It "feels" clean. She can do whatever you need/your way - can clean floors by hand. She does it herself (no subcontractors). The first cleaning was a little extra and it took a couple extra hours but it was well worth it. Not surprisingly, my house was pretty dirty (previous service was not so good and fine cleaning is not my thing). After cleaning our dirty blinds; she cleaned some filthy windows without needing to ask.

I have used Agata's service for almost a year now and she never disappoints. She cleans my hardwood floors on hands and knees, dusts thoroughly, leaves my kitchen and bathrooms spotless and even wipes down the kids toys. She charges a fair price and it's worth every penny. She speaks fluent English and does the work herself. I have a standing appointment and we keep in touch via text messaging. She always texts or calls me to confirm and is good about rescheduling if I need to. All in all I reccomend Agata without hesitation she does a great job.

She did an excellent job - when she leave the house, it ACTUALLY sparkles! She is delightful and a pleasure to work with!
