Appliance Repair
were told that the repair would provide 2-3- years of use of the refrig., which is what we wanted at the time, so we proceeded with the repair. When the repair didn't last 1 month, they charged another fee to come out and say we needed another expensive part. We approved this because we had already invested in this and just wanted it completed. Then the refrig broke after 2 months. We could have purchased a new refrig at this point, but now we had nothing, but they would come out and look at it again for $90.00- no thank you!

They got the job done, but customer service was a drag. They wouldn't accept credit cards, and the attitude was not one of eagerness to serve or flexibility - it was more like they would do the work as long as I followed restrictions A B C and D. I hung up feeling frustrated with the woman I talked to.
